Shipping and Payment Information

1. Delivery Area

We ship worldwide, provided a shipping option is offered for the respective delivery address in the checkout process.

2. Shipping Costs

All prices stated in the shop are final prices. The shipping costs applicable to your order will be displayed in the checkout before the order is completed. They depend on the delivery country, product type, number of items, and current Printful standard rates.

Germany: Shipping is free for orders over €75.00.

European Union: Shipping is free for orders over €110.00. The free shipping promotion applies to all EU countries except Germany, for which the limit is €75.00.

Outside the EU: Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed in the checkout based on the destination country and the order. For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties, import fees, taxes, or other charges may apply. These are to be borne by the recipient.

3. Delivery Time

Your order will be produced, packed, and shipped upon receipt. The specific delivery time depends on the production location, delivery country, and selected shipping method and will be displayed in the checkout.

Delivery time is generally 7–20 days. During periods of high demand, seasonal peak times, customs clearance, production, or transport delays, the delivery time may be extended.

4. Shipping Service and Fulfillment

The goods offered are produced using the print-on-demand process. Printful produces, packs, and ships the order through its global fulfillment network. Self-collection is not possible.

5. Payment Methods

Payment is made using the payment methods offered during the order process, in particular Shopify Payments and PayPal. The actual available payment methods will be displayed in the checkout.

6. Due Date

The purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract, unless otherwise specified in the order process.

7. Returns

In the event of a valid withdrawal, the customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods. Returns must be sent to the return address provided by us. Returns are processed via the respective designated Printful return address.

Please return the goods as unworn, unwashed, unused, and, if possible, in their original packaging. This is not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
